Welcome to The Little Yogi – Goat Yoga in Plant City, Florida!
Experience a one-of-a-kind yoga session that blends movement, mindfulness, and the playful energy of our friendly goats! Nestled in the heart of Plant City, our classes offer the perfect escape to reconnect with nature, clear your mind, and enjoy a truly joyful practice.
Led by Tori Kantor, a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor, former UF cheerleader, and lifelong animal lover, our classes provide a fun, uplifting approach to health and wellness. With over a decade of yoga experience and a passion for animals, Tori created The Little Yogi to share the benefits of movement, laughter, and furry companionship with all who join.
